Eric Bates and Sons Limited is a three generation family business with over thirty five years experience in antiques and furniture manufacturing.
The Company has expanded and progressed successfully over this time due to our use of traditional craftsmanship and values and now operates from purpose built facilities in Hoveton, near Norwich that include a large furniture showroom with ample free parking where customer's can browse at their leisure and receive help and advise on their individual furniture requirements.
Whilst the Company's routes lay with antiques and traditional English and Continental furniture new contemporary designs have been introduced to appeal to a broader range of customers whilst still retaining the quality of manufacture with the use of solid timber and hand finishing that we have built our reputation on.
As well as our standard range of solid oak and cherry pieces including dining suites, coffee tables, dressers and bedroom suites we offer a bespoke design service, antique restoration and traditional upholstery. A comprehensive choice of colours and finishes is available from heavily distressed dark oaks to clean and crisp natural wax finishes, all capable of coping with the hectic modern lifestyle of today.
Trade customers are invited to apply for a login and password enabling access to their own area of the site that includes details of our container packing service from our purpose built dispatch area for overseas clients or, alternatively, delivery within the UK using our own vehicles and fully trained drivers.
